Northern Lights Chorale

Directed by Bruce Phelps, a choral music leader locally and nationally for over 30 years, the chorale performs music from a variety of genres to inspire and evoke feelings of joy, love, heartache, and peace.


Metropolitan Boys Choir

In 1971 the Metropolitan Boys Choir was formed with the mission:

To provide a unique program of musical excellence and personal growth for Twin Cities area boys of varied social, cultural, and economic backgrounds; to develop responsibility and leadership; and to empower these young men to become positive influences in their communities.


St. Benedict’s Monastery Schola

“Schola” is short for Schola Cantorum, the Latin term for a school or group of people who join together to learn and sing ecclesial chant, the song of the church. It is a choir, but one dedicated to the ancient chant tradition– although that’s not the only music they sing.


St. Cloud Singing Saints Barbershop Chorus

We are the St Cloud, Minnesota Chapter in the Land O’Lakes District of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS). The chorus is made up of men from Central and Western Minnesota and Wisconsin; men from all walks of life and gentlemen in their 20s and older. The chorus was founded in 1968 and throughout our more than forty years of harmony and fellowship the St Cloud Singing Saints Barbershop Chorus has entertained and thrilled audiences all over Minnesota.


Nativity Catholic Choir

Robert Pontious has been the choir director at Mahtomedi High School (Mahtomedi, MN) since 1995. He has a Bachelor of Music Education and a Master of Arts in Conducting as well as Vocal Performance from Truman State University.


Minneapolis Commodores

Singing a cappella harmony in 4-part barbershop style is our hobby and we really enjoy doing it! But we do MUCH more than that. Our singing styles can range from solemn spirituals, to vocal swing jazz, to up tempo Christmas arrangements.


Armstrong High School Chamber Singers

The Armstrong Chamber Singers are a highly select extra-curricular ensemble from Armstrong High School in Plymouth, Minnesota. The ensemble is made up of 26 singers selected from a choral program of nearly 450 students.


Apollo Male Chorus

The APOLLO MALE CHORUS continues as the designation of the present-day amateur singers, complimented by eight professional section leaders. Currently numbering 60-plus men of diverse generations and backgrounds, it is an outlet for male vocalists to express themselves musically.

Farmington Lutheran Church Choir

North Star Boy’s Choir

The North Star Boys’ Choir was founded in 2011 and has its roots in the European boy choir tradition. It is linked to that tradition through the Artistic Director Francis Stockwell and the Executive Director Craig “Andy” Anderson, whose many years of working together in choral direction has resulted in a unique and musically powerful partnership.


Academy of Voices

Academy of Voices is a chamber choir dedicated to innovative, engaging, and accessible performances. The choir focuses on new or under-performed music from all eras, and often finds new or unusual performance spaces.


Minnesota Blue

Barbara Yotter, Kelton Parrish, Paul Johnson & Scott Nye

Minnesota Blue is an acoustic band steeped in American roots music. Whether it’s bluegrass, folk, country, ska, or blues, Minnesota Blue brings it to the gig alive and kickin’. Band members are Barbara Yotter, featured vocalist and fiddle; Kelton Parrish, guitar; Paul Johnson, dobro; and Scott Nye, bass.

Caritas Vocal Ensemble

Caritas Vocal Ensemble is a non-profit group of choral singers with a mission. Formerly known as Sacred Voice, the ensemble performed its first season in spring 2002 with the express purpose of raising money and awareness for people in need.


VocalPoint

VocalPoint is an auditioned choir of about 70 members, based in St. Paul, MN. VocalPoint is led by Artistic Director, Jennifer Anderson.VocalPoint programs are not just concerts, they are emotional journeys. They call attention to important topics in today’s society and explore the topic in depth.


Edina Chorale

The Edina Chorale (EC) is a place singers come to rediscover and extend their musical lives. Most members sang in high school and college choirs, and many were trained in the fine Minnesota choral traditions. Some singers find EC mid-life, when careers are stable and children are becoming more independent.


South Metro Chorale

Loren Squires, Director

SMC is a community choir serving the south suburban communities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. The chorale provides a broad spectrum of experiences and repertoire, including accompanied and a cappella music of the great masters, American folk music and African American spirituals. Jazz, Broadway, and popular arrangements are also presented at our annual “Cabaret” fundraiser.
