Audition for the MN Saints Chorale & Orchestra – September 5, 2024

Calling all singers & instrumentalists! Come audition for the Minnesota Saints Chorale & Orchestra 2024-2025 season on Thursday, September 5th, from 7 to 9:30 PM (New Brighton, MN)

*other dates may be arranged if needed to accommodate more auditions*

All musicians welcome; you DON’T need to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to join.

Vocal & Instrument Needs

We are looking for ALL singing parts, especially tenors. The auditioned orchestra has a need for all strings, and any other orchestral instrumentalists are encouraged and welcome to audition.

Practice Times & Concert Dates

The choir has a mandatory weekly rehearsal on Thursdays 7-9:30 PM, Sept-Dec (Fall semester); Jan-May (Spring semester). Orchestra rehearsals start in October.

Concerts required to attend:

• Sun Nov 10, 7pm: Multi-Faith Benefit Concert, location TBD
• Fri Dec 13, 7:30pm  Christmas Concert, Benson Great Hall, Bethel University
• Sun Dec 15, 7pm  Mission President Christmas Fireside, Bloomington Chapel
